Any work performed before that contract exists is at the customer's sole risk.

3. Quote forms and TCPA consent

When you submit a quote form on this site, you consent — under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) — to receive contact about your project from Highland Building and Supply at the phone number and email address you provided. This includes phone calls, text messages, and emails using automated systems where applicable. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or telling our staff during a call.

4. Configurator and Smart Build Systems

Our 3D building configurator is provided by Smart Build Systems through an embedded iframe. Information you enter into the configurator is processed by Smart Build Systems on our behalf, subject to their privacy practices. We use the design output and contact information to prepare your quote.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information through any form on this site.
• Attempt to bypass our bot-protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) or rate limits.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site for commercial use without our written permission.
• Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access non-public areas.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, images, copy, configurator outputs, and the Highland Building and Supply brand are owned by Highland Building and Supply or our licensors. You may share links to public pages and quote our content with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions without permission.

7. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party services (financing partners, supplier sites, review platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
